DISCLAIMER: FAILING TO COMPLETE A FORM BY THE DEADLINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME FRIED CHICKEN WITH OUR CHOICE OF WHITE OR DARK MEAT.
The following is the menu for the dinner that will be served at the Amen Corner Dinner Show, November 10-12, 2023. You will have a choice of either fried or baked chicken, as well as your preference for white or dark meat.
This form should be completed by the person who placed the ticket order, providing meal preferences for everyone in your party. For example, if you have 8 persons in your party, you will provide the last 4 digits of your order number (located on the email receipt confirming your ticket order), the total tickets ordered, and the total fried or baked chicken along with dark or white meat preference (as well as vegan). This will be a plated meal (guests remain seated for the entire meal), so your response is vital to ensure a smooth serving flow.

Vegan? Please note the number of those in your party. Vegan substitute served along with sides. We will ensure no meat is added to your side dishes.

Additional Note: Doors open one hour prior to ticketed time. No one is allowed in the auditorium without a ticket. Strongly suggest groups arrive on time to be seated together. All meals will be served within the first hour of the published showtime. NO MEALS WILL BE SERVED ONCE THE PERFORMANCE BEGINS.
