APRIL 3-9, 2023

Monday (4/3):

8am - Load-In (Staging) & Pit Removal (Hubert coordinating)

9am - Main Event Sound Load-In

  • Install Sound Equipment

  • Install LED Screen

  • IASTE Equipment Rigging

    • Chris & Cory to finalize placements

12pm - Band equipment Load-in (Brandon)

1pm - Assemble Stage (Hubert coordinating manpower)

  • McGuire Scenic (vendor)

1:45pm - Delivery of Props and Costumes (Back2Back Movers)

3:30pm - Pyro & Fog equipment (Queen City)

5:30p-8:30p - Musician Sound Check

6:30p-8:30p - Cast Rehearsal - Small Auditorium

Tuesday (4/4): [8am-10pm] - Tech Rehearsal

8am - Sound & Lighting

  • Main Event to program lights

  • Lauren to run lights during production

  • Pike staff to hang specials

  • Main Event (4 moving lights on batons)

  • Pike setup camera feed for backstage monitors

  • Backstage monitors (Pike: 60” / Main E: 50”)

  • Com Sys: Pike wired headsets / Main E wireless

    • Leah/Felecia determine # headsets needed

  • Black Lights (Hubert providing). Corey & Chris to determine best way to operate.

  • Follow Spots (2-spotlights from Pike). Hubert securing 2 volunteers

  • Flyrail: Hubert 3 volunteers. Pike to load weights.

1pm - On The Fly Productions: OTFP (Jesus Ascension)

5pm - Band Arrival / Soundcheck

5pm - Cast/Choir arrival and check-in

5:30pm-6pm - Choreography/Dance warm-up 6pm - (OTFP) Rigging prep (Jesus Ascension)

6pm-6:30pm - Choir & Band sound check/warm-up

6:30pm-10pm - Technical Rehearsal

[Cast & Tech Run/Walk-Thru (Blocking), sound, lighting, props, special effects, sound effects, fog, rigging, band, choir, fly floor, follow spots]. Fly floor/follow spots (volunteers) 6pm-10pm - Box Office open @ Pike PAC
